Blueberry - Lime Refresher - (Makes 1 drink)

 

Ingredients:

1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges, divided

1/4 oz. Low-Carb Simple Syrup (recipe on mixers page)

2 tablespoons blueberries, plus more for garnish

1 1/2 oz. vodka

5 oz. club soda

 

 

1.  Fill a pint-sized glass with ice.

 

2.  Put 3 of the limes wedges, the simple syrup, and the blueberries in a cocktail shaker.  Muddle until the fruit is crushed and has released its liquid.

 

3.  Add the vodka to the cocktail shaker.  Cap and shake vigorously.

 

4.  Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into the ice-filled glass.  Top with the club soda and stir.

 

5.  Garnish with the remaining lime wedge and extra blueberries.

Cosmopolitan - (Makes 1 drink)

 

Ingredients:

2 oz. vodka

1 1/2 oz. light cranberry juice

1/2 oz. fresh lime juice

1/4 oz. Low-Carb Simple Syrup (recipe on mixers page)

2 drop of pure orange extract

Lime wheel, for garnish

 

 

1.  Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.  Add the vodka, cranberry juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and orange extract.  Cap and shake vigorously.

 

2.  Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lime wheel.

Vodka Soda - (Makes 1 drink)

 

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. vodka

3 oz. club soda

2 lime wedges

 

 

1.  Fill a rocks glass with ice.  Pour the vodka over the ice and top with the club soda.

 

2.  Squeeze in the lime wedges and stir.

Dill Pickle Martini - (Makes 1 drink)

 

Ingredients:

4 oz. vodka

1/4 teaspoon dry vermouth (optional)

1 1/2 oz. dill pickle juice

 

 

1.  Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.  Add the vodka, vermouth (if using), and pickle juice.  Cap and shake vigorously.

 

2.   Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into a chilled martini glass.  Garnish with a dill pickle spear and any other fun keto-friendly pickled vegetables you have on hand.

Mixed Berry Hard Lemonade - (Makes 1 drink)

 

Ingredients:

2 oz. vodka

1 1/2 oz. lemon juice

1/3 oz. Low-Carb Simple Syrup (recipe on mixers page)

2 oz. water

2 blackberries

2 blueberries

2 raspberries

1 strawberry, hulled & quartered

Lemon wheel, for garnish

 

 

1.  Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.  Add the vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, water, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, and strawberry.  Cap and shake vigorously.

 

2.  Pour the contents of the cocktail shaker into a pint-sized glass.  Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Kamikaze Shooter - (Makes 1 shot)

 

Ingredients for the Rim of the Glass: (optional)

1 teaspoon fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon coarse sea salt

 

 

Ingredients for the Shot:

1 1/2 oz. vodka

1 oz. lime juice

1/4 oz. Low-Carb Simple Syrup (recipe on mixers page)

2 drops pure orange extract

 

 

1.  To Rim the Glass:  Pour the lime juice onto a small plate.

 

2.  Pour the salt onto a separate small plate.

 

3.  Swirl the rim of a large glass in the lime juice, then swirl it in the salt to coat the rim.

 

4.  To Make the Shot:  Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.  Add the vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, and orange extract.  Cap and shake vigorously.

 

5.  Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into the salted shot glass or into a large shot glass.

Ingredients:

2 oz. vodka

4 oz. Bloody Mary Mix (recipe on mixers page)

1 celery stalk, for garnish

Olives, for garnish

1 strip crispy bacon

Pickled vegetables, for garnish (optional)

 

 

1.  Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.  Add the vodka and Bloody Mary mix. Cap and shake vigorously.

 

2.  Pour the contents of the cocktail shaker into a pint-sized glass.  Garnish with celery, olives, bacon, and pickled vegetables, if desired, or any other fun keto-friendly foods you have on hand.

Salty Dog - (Makes 1 drink)

 

Ingredients for the Rim of the Glass:

1/2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice

1 tablespoon coarse sea salt

 

 

Ingredients for the Drink:

1 1/2 oz. vodka

3 oz. fresh grapefruit juice

Grapefruit wedge, for garnish

 

 

1.  To Rim the Glass:  Pour the grapefruit juice onto a small plate.

 

2.  Pour the salt onto a separate small plate.

 

3.  Swirl the rim of a rocks glass in the grapefruit juice, then swirl it in the salt to coat the rim.

 

4.  To Make the Drink:  Fill a cocktail shaker three-quarters of the way full with ice.  Add the vodka and grapefruit juice.  Cap and shake vigorously.

 

5.  Pour the contents of the cocktail shaker into the salted rocks glass.

 

3.  Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
