Low-Carb Simple Syrup - (Makes 20 oz. - 1 oz. per serving)

 

Ingredients:

2 cups granular erythritol

1 cup water

 

 

1.  In a medium pan over medium-high heat, combine the erythritol and water.  Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cook, stirring constantly, until the erythritol has dissolved, about 5 minutes.

 

2.  Remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool, then transfer the syrup to a 32 oz. mason jar.  Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.  May need to reheat again before using straight from the refrigerator.

Ginger Syrup - (Makes 16 oz. - 2 oz. per serving)

 

Ingredients:

2 cups water

1/2 cup granular erythritol

1/2 cup ginger, freshly grated

 

 

1.  Combine the water, erythritol, and ginger in a small saucepan.  Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 20 minutes, until the sugar has dissolved and the liquid has begun to thicken.

 

2.  Remove from the heat and let the mixture cool, then strain through a sieve to remove the ginger pulp.

 

3.  Transfer the syrup to a pint-sized mason jar with a lid.  Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Ingredients:

24 oz. tomato juice

2 tablespoons dill pickle juice

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons prepared horseradish

2 teaspoons hot sauce

1 teaspoon celery salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon fine sea salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

 

 

1.  Combine all the ingredients in a 32 oz. wide-mouth mason jar.  Cap and shake to combine.  Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Ingredients:

1 cup lemon juice

1 cup lime juice

1 cup water

1 cup powdered erythritol

 

 

1.  Combine all the ingredients in a 32 oz. wide-mouthed mason jar.  Cap and shake to combine.  Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.  Shake well before using.

Ingredients:

1 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon powdered erythritol

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

 

1.  Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.  Using a hand mixer, whip until the cream forms stiff peaks, 3 to 4 minutes.
