Blackberry Cobbler - (Makes 1 drink)
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz. white rum 6 blackberries 1/4 oz. Low-Carb Simple Syrup (recipe on mixers page) 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract Club soda Sprig fresh mint, for garnish (optional)
1. Combine the rum, blackberries, simple syrup, and vanilla extract in a cocktail shaker. Muddle until the berries are crushed and have released their liquid.
2. Fill a pint-sized glass with ice. Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into the ice-filled glass and top with club soda.
3. Stir and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint, if desired.
Dark 'n' Stormy - (Makes 1 drink)
Ingredients: 2 oz. Ginger Syrup (recipe on mixers page) 1 1/2 oz. lime juice 4 oz. club soda 2 oz. dark rum Lime wheel, for garnish
1. Fill a large rocks glass with ice. Pour the ginger syrup and lime juice over the ice and top with the club soda.
2. Stir gently to mix, but not to vigorously that the club soda goes flat. Top with the dark rum as a floater.
3. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Cucumber Mojito - (Makes 1 drink)
Ingredients: 5 thin slices of English cucumber, plus more for garnish 8 fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish 1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges 1/2 oz. lime juice 1/3 oz. Low-Carb Simple Syrup (recipe on mixers page) 2 oz. white rum 5 oz. club soda
1. Fill a pint-sized glass with ice.
2. Put the cucumber, mint, lime wedges, lime juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Muddle until the lime and cucumber are smashed and have released their juices.
3. Add the rum to the cocktail shaker. Cap and shake vigorously.
4. Pour the contents of the cocktail shaker into the ice-filled glass. Top with the club soda and stir gently.
5. Garnish with cucumber and fresh mint.
Frosted Rum Cake - (Makes 1 drink)
Ingredients for the Rim of the Glass: 2 tablespoons raw almonds 1 tablespoon granular erythritol 1/2 oz. water.
Ingredients for the Drink: 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon almond extract 1/4 teaspoon orange extract 1 1/2 teaspoons powdered erythritol 2 oz. spiced rum 1 cup ice 1/4 cup coconut milk 1/4 cup heavy cream Orange slice, for garnish (optional)
1. To Rim the Glass: Combine the almonds and granular erythritol in a high-powered blender or food processor. Pulse until well combined and finely ground.
2. Pour the water onto a small plate.
3. Pour the almond and sweetener mixture onto a separate small plate.
4. Swirl the rim of a pint-sized glass in the water, then swirl it in he almond and sweetener mixture to coat the rim.
5. To Make the Drink: Combine the extracts, powdered erythritol, rum, ice, coconut milk, and cream in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour the mixture into the rimmed glass.
6. Garnish with an orange slice, if desired.
Pina Colada - (Makes 1 drink)
Ingredients: 1 cup ice 1/2 cup coconut cream 1 1/2 oz. white rum 1 oz. Low-Carb Simple Syrup (recipe on mixers page) 1/2 oz. lime juice 1 teaspoon pineapple extract Fresh cherry, for garnish (optional) Slice of fresh pineapple for garnish (optional)
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour the contents of the blender into a hurricane glass. Garnish with a cherry and pineapple slice if desired.
