Bloody Maria - (Makes 1 drink)
Ingredients For the Rim of the Glass: 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice 1 tablespoon celery salt
Ingredients for the Drink: 2 oz. silver tequila 4 oz. Bloody Mary Mix (recipe on mixers page) Assortment of fresh & pickled vegetables, for garnish
1. To Rim the Glass: Pour the lime juice on to a small plate.
2. Pour the celery salt onto a separate small plate.
3. Swirl the rim of a pint-sized glass in the lime juice, then swirl the glass in the celery salt to coat the rim.
4. To Make the Drink: Filed the rimmed glass with ice. Add the tequila and Bloody Mary mix and stir to combine.
5. Garnish with the fresh and pickled vegetables of your choice.
Cucumber - Jalapeno Margarita - (Makes 1 drink)
Ingredients for the Rim of the Glass: 1/2 oz. lime juice 1 tablespoon coarse sea salt
Ingredients for the Drink: 2 oz. silver tequila 2 oz. Sweet-and-Sour Mix (recipe on mixers page) 2 slices English cucumber 2 slices jalapeno pepper 2 drop orange extract 2 oz. club soda
1. To rim the glass: Pour the lime juice on to a small plate.
2. Pour the salt onto a separate small plate.
3. Swirl the rim of a 12 oz. glass in the lime juice, then swirl the glass in the salt to coat the rim.
4. To Make the Drink: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the tequila, sweet-and sour mix, cucumber, jalapeno, and orange extract. Cap and shake vigorously.
5. Pour the contents of the cocktail shaker into the rimmed glass and top with the club soda.
Mama's Margarita - (Makes 1 drink)
Ingredients for the Rim of the Glass: 1/2 oz. lime juice 1 tablespoon coarse sea salt
Ingredients for the Drink: 1/2 lime, cut into wedges 2 oz. silver tequila 2 oz. Sweet-and-Sour Mix (recipe on mixers page) 2 drop orange extract Lime wheel, for garnish
1. To rim the glass: Pour the lime juice on to a small plate.
2. Pour the salt onto a separate small plate.
3. Swirl the rim of a margarita glass in the lime juice, then swirl the glass in the salt to coat the rim.
4. To Make the Drink: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Squeeze the lime wedges over the ice, then drop the wedges into the shaker. Add the tequila, sweet-and-sour mix, and orange extract. Cap and shake vigorously.
5. Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into the rimmed margarita glass.
6. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Pretty-in-Pink Paloma - (Makes 1 drink)
Ingredients for the Rim of the Glass: 1/2 oz. pink or ruby red grapefruit juice 1 tablespoon coarse sea salt
Ingredients for the Drink: 1 1/2 oz. silver tequila 2 oz. pink or ruby red grapefruit juice 1/2 oz. lime juice 1/4 oz. Low-Carb Simple Syrup (recipe on mixers page) Club soda Pink or ruby red grapefruit wedge, for garnish
1. To rim the glass: Pour the grapefruit juice on to a small plate.
2. Pour the salt onto a separate small plate.
3. Swirl the rim of a Collins glass in the grapefruit juice, then swirl the glass in the salt to coat the rim.
4. To Make the Drink: Fill a rimmed glass with ice.
5. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, Add the tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Cap and shake vigorously.
6. Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into the ice-filled glass. Top with club soda.
7. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
Brave Bull - (Makes 1 drink)
Ingredients: 2 oz. silver tequila 1 oz. Low-Carb Coffee Liqueur
1. Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add the tequila and coffee liqueur and stir to combine.
Strawberry Margarita Gummy Worms - (Makes24 gummies - 4 per serving)
Ingredients: 10 hulled strawberries, fresh or frozen 2 oz. silver tequila 3 tablespoons grass-fed gelatin collagen protein 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol 1 1/2 oz. lime juice Standard-sized silicone gummy worm mold with 24 wells
1. Combine the strawberries and tequila in a blender and pulse until smooth.
2. Pour the strawberry and tequila mixture into a medium saucepan and set over low heat. Add the gelatin, erythritol, and lime juice, then whisk to dissolve the gelatin and combine the ingredients. Continue to heat for about 10 minutes, whisking frequently, until the mixture becomes pourable. It will start out very thick, but will become thinner and smoother as it heats.
3. Transfer the mixture to a measuring cup or bowl with a spout.
4. Quickly pour the mixture into the gummy worm mold and transfer to the refrigerator.
5. Refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes, until set. Pop the gummy worms out of the mold and enjoy! Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to a week. Try making these gummy worms with rum or vodka too!
