Cheesecake Cups - (Makes 4 servings)
Ingredients: 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 2 oz. heavy cream 1 teaspoon Stevia Glycerite 1 teaspoon Splenda 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1. Combine all the ingredients.
2. Whip until a pudding consistency is achieved.
3. Divide into cups.
4. Refrigerate until served.
White Chocolate Berry Cheesecake - (Makes 4 servings)
Ingredients: 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 2 oz. heavy cream 1/2 teaspoon Splenda 1 teaspoon raspberries 1 tablespoon Da Vinci Sugar-free syrup, white chocolate flavor
1. Whip together the ingredients to a thick consistency.
2. Divide into cups.
3. Refrigerate until served.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups - (Makes 1 serving)
Ingredients: 1 stick unsalted butter 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate 5 packets Stevia in the raw 1 tablespoon heavy cream 4 tablespoons peanut butter
1. In a microwave, melt the butter and chocolate.
2. Add the Stevia.
3. Stir in the cream and peanut butter.
4. Line the muffin tins and fill the muffin cups.
5. Freeze for 60 minute and serve.
Macaroons Bites - (Makes 2 servings)
Ingredients: 4 egg whites 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon EZ-Sweet (or equivalent of 1 cup artificial sweetener) 4 1/2 teaspoons water 1 cup unsweetened coconut
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Combine the egg whites, liquids, and coconut.
3. Put into oven and educe the heat to 325 degrees F.
4. Bake for 15 minutes and serve.
Strawberry Frozen Dessert - (Makes 1 serving)
Ingredients: 1/2 cup sugar-free strawberry preserves 1/2 cup Stevia in the raw or Splenda 2 cups Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt Ice cream maker
1. In a food processor, puree the strawberry preserves.
2. Add the Greek yogurt and fully mix.
3. Put into the ice cream maker for 25 to 30 minutes then serve.
Berry Layer Cake - (Makes 1 serving)
Ingredients: 1/4 lemon pound cake 1/4 cup whipping cream 1/2 teaspoon Truvia 1/8 teaspoon orange flavor 1 cup mixed berries
1. Using a sharp knife, divide the cake into small cubes.
2. Dice the berries.
3. Combine the whipping cream, Truvia, and orange flavor.
4. Layer the fruit, cake and cream in a glass then serve.
Cranberry Cream Surprise - (Makes 2 servings)
Ingredients: 1 cup mashed cranberries 1/2 cup Confectioner's Style Swerve 2 teaspoons natural cherry flavoring 2 teaspoons natural rum flavoring 1 cup organic heavy cream
1. Combine the mashed cranberries, sweetener, cherry and rum flavorings.
2. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
3. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
4. Layer the whipped cream and cranberry mixture.
5. Top with fresh cranberries, mint leaves or grated dark chocolate and serve.
