I love everything about BBQ! Of course it tastes delicious when done right and the smells are out of this world awesome. I enjoy eating BBQ, but I really enjoy the prepping. It takes time to properly prepare anything that's going on a smoker or grill. It can't be rushed! To become a pit master one must learn patience - "It's done when it's done, & if you're lookin' you ain't cookin'!"
