Here's a list of the seasonings I use in my rubs, brines, marinades, and wraps. A lot of the seasonings are not brand specific and I buy whatever's on sale.  Then there's my favorites and photos are shown in case you want to try them.  I'm not pushing any brand!

 

Feel free to substitute ingredients with sugar free or keto friendly ones.
